They specialize in unique Asian street food and I have found things there I havent seen anywhere since my days of kicking around Asia. I simply love the onigiri triangular rice balls, a staple I almost lived on during my years in Japan and their Scallion pancakes are blissful! In short, delicacies you cannot find anywhere without packing your bags and traveling to far off lands. As important, they are kind, friendly, down to earth people that are a pleasure to meet. ”
“ Have been eating Taiwanese snacks and breakfast from Small Eats for the last 2 years every time I visit the Vancouver Farmer Market. The coowners are super sweet and I love that that they source their ingredients locally and can make most of their items vegetarian. My favorite item is their fantuan rice roll that has pickled vegetables, veggie floss, purple rice and other stuff inside. My partner who is not Taiwanese, loves it too. I also love their dan bing savory egg crepe with sprouts, which comes in a large portion and feeds 2 people. I recently tried their food from the lunar new year pop up last weekend and it was amazing and reminds me of food from home!!! I got almost all their vegetarian items just to try it out and everything was super delicious! ”
